VM-50X CNC Milling Machine Drilling

VM-50X can drill large holes with ease from 1mm to 13mm. VM-50X has 350mm of clearance between the spindle nose and table so that long length drills can be used.

Thread Milling

Any diameter and any pitch threads with only a few tools on the VM-50X Mill. Thread milling is faster than tapping by hand and more accurate.

Probing and Tool setting

Massively improve your milling workflow with automatic touch probing and tool setting. Find your part origin automatically with the Touch Probe and perform tool changes quickly with the Tool Setter. Both add-ons can be purchased from our shop and are plug-n-play with the VM-50X electronics

Boring

Boring is needed to enlarge a hole to a very accurate size, boring needs spindle torque, low RPM and rigidity, VM-50X is up for the job.

To top all of that up what is all that precision and rigidity without cutting power, well the VM-50X has the power with its 2.7kw 220v ac servo at 7500RPM there is nothing stopping it from cutting like butter even at low RPM with big diameter tools like fly cutters and face mills.

The Steel frame is made from thick steel tubing that have been filled to dampen vibrations, the machine base is concrete filled with a thick steel mounting plate to ensure all workholding will not move.
